Ategra
is a computer support company who has been servicing businesses in the
Northern Territory and Northern Australia since 1997. Through our ‘Best
Practise’ principles and experience we provide our clients with the ability
to outsource their support and computer requirements, allowing them to
concentrate on their own core business. Our staff are industry Certified
and specialise in giving the best advice, solutions and products.
Our network and system designs are robust and very granular.
All aspects of security, performance, usability are thought out to a very
low level and reflected in our designs. This comes from years of experience
designing network / Desktop SOE's (standard operating environments) and a deep
understanding of the applications that run on these networks.
In large companies or organisations, the dependency and
need for information technology (IT) is an integral and vital part of
everyday life. Business relies on it.
Tools to aid everyday work such as word processors,
spreadsheets and email is vital to effective running of these large companies
and requires dedicated professionals in the form of support staff, consultants,
help desk operators, project managers and technicians.

multinationals turning over millions a year and the small business. In short
nothing, except that the small to medium size organisation very often don’t
realise they have the same reliance on IT.

our clients have permanently assigned consultants and are supported by one of
our senior Customer Relationship Managers who are ultimately responsible for the

completion of the job provide full documentation of the time spent.
