ABOUT IVS

Integrated Valuation Services opened in Darwin in May 2000 and is the only independent valuation and advisory practice with offices in both Darwin and Alice Springs.

The Alice Springs office is operated on a full-time basis by Ross Copland (Director), with the Darwin office administered by Bill Linkson (Director). IVS has full time support staff in both Darwin and Alice Springs.

I.V.S conducts residential, commercial, pastoral and industrial valuations for most national and all local financial institutions. With over 45 years of valuation experience throughout the Northern Territory, IVS has in-depth market knowledge of regional and remote areas.

IVS has a team of eight full-time experienced Valuers in the Northern Territory.
