One of the challenges that many
businesses have is to record and manage their time and tasks from daily
recording through to invoice generation at the end of the month. Particularly
those (like ourselves) who rely on this for their income.
Secondly, "how can I manage all these
tasks" necessary to run my business. We have developed a system to record and
prioritise any task, whether it is a one off, short life cycle task, sales call,
quote or project. Each task has several common factors - our system takes
the stress out of the balancing act.
