Introduction

Ategra Computer Technology has been providing IT support services to businesses, communities, and non-profit organisations in the Top End since 1997. Ategra has always been a keen supporter of our local community and organisations, through ongoing sponsorship and assistance.

The Ategra Community Support Program distributes up to $40,000 of services every year to several communities, organisations in the NT Top End. Successful applicants will be provided with IT infrastructure, service, and ongoing IT support from Ategra.

The objective is to enable organisations that would otherwise not be able to utilise such IT infrastructure, to use technology to enhance their services to the community. Sponsorship maybe awarded to either a single community organisation or spread across several organisations, dependent on the number of applications and Ategra’s judgement of the maximum community benefit that can be achieved.

The major sponsorship package may include the full supply, installation and custom setup of a Server and IT Infrastructure and is tailored to the needs of the applicant organisation each year. The sponsorship would normally run for a period of 3 years.

  • Supply & Provision of a fully maintained Server
  • Network & Backup System Provision of a full calendar and email system
  • Website Hosting Helpdesk support services
  • IT Support for the organisation
  • Access to Donated Computers from Ategra clients
  • Supply of any additional computer equipment at wholesale cost

Our support programs seek to provide one off and ongoing support to help in making a real difference in our local community.* We provide Community Support 5 levels:

* Note that Ategra is a local small business and whilst we would like to be able to provide support to all organisations in our community, support each year will depend upon needs and our resources and we are unable to support every request made.

Requests for support for our programs other than the Major Sponsorship, can be made by email to michael@ategra.com.au or phone enquiries to Michael Parker on 8932 7888 at any time during the year. Applications for our Major Sponsorship Program for 2014 close on Monday 15th September 2014.
